Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. To request a return, please contact us at shopwoww7@gmail.com before sending the item. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized/custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. For EU orders, customers have a 14-day right to cancel or return their order. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges require returning the original item and placing a new order.
